The following terms and conditions cover every product sale and/or service through the online store of the COMPANY that is hosted on the website www.jenius.gr (hereinafter referred to as “Site”). Any other Terms and Conditions are expressively excluded. Every User who enters and transacts or uses the services of the online store (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “User” respectively) is deemed to consent and unconditionally accept the conditions set forth here, without any exception. If a User does not agree with these terms, he must refrain from using the online store and conducting any transaction with it. The COMPANY reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time.

6. intentional or unintentional violation of laws or regulations in effect,

In addition, the User agrees that all members, partners, employees, management, shareholders, and other COMPANY associates are not responsible for anything arising from third-party members who use the site. Any use contrary to the above, in addition to possible civil penalties, also results in the interruption of the services provided without any notice.
